1889
The hotel had its grand opening on November 30th of 1889 and it was named “Zum goldenem Kreutz” (By the Golden Cross). Since then our hotel is the symbol of tradition of this wonderful town, and even today, more than 130 years after it opened its doors, Hotel Central still holds a special place in the cultural and business life of the town and the region.
